With the new decree, small building irregularities can be regularised more easily. This allows properties to be adapted to new market requirements quickly and safely.

4. Free building: fewer permits, more flexibility

The decree introduces the concept of free building, which simplifies the execution of minor works such as the installation of heat pumps or the removal of architectural barriers (awnings, glazing, etc.). This allows you to improve the energy efficiency of your home or make essential changes without difficulties.

5. Goodbye to double conformity

It is no longer necessary for building irregularities to comply with the regulations both at the time of the abuse and at the time of regularisation. Now, it is sufficient that the work complies with current regulations to obtain regularisation, greatly simplifying the process.
