Budoni and San Teodoro earn the Blue Flag 2025: environmental excellence and quality tourism in northeastern Sardinia
Budoni and San Teodoro confirm their status among Italy’s top seaside destinations, once again receiving the coveted Blue Flag for 2025 — the prestigious international award granted by the FEE (Foundation for Environmental Education).
For Budoni, this marks the fourth consecutive year of recognition, thanks to a continuous path of environmental and tourism enhancement that keeps yielding results. In particular, the enchanting Baia di Budoni was honored: a natural arc of light sand nestled between Mediterranean vegetation and turquoise sea, where nature blends with careful and responsible management. Every detail, from the quality of services to the care of the shoreline, reflects a genuine commitment to a model of conscious and sustainable tourism.
San Teodoro is also among the municipalities awarded the Blue Flag 2025, with recognition highlighting one of its most iconic destinations: La Cinta.
